Warranty Policy

Only the Company or its authorised dealers are authorised to repair, service the Product. It is the responsibility of the customer to get the service done from the authorised source.
This warranty excludes coverage for corrosive parts, plastic, PVC, rubber components, or accessories that add to the decorative value of the Product.
The battery has to be only used on our electric bike. It should not be used for any other applications.
The Company reserves the right to change or withdraw any or all terms of the battery warranty without prior notice.
All Products should be periodically checked according to the recommended service schedule by our authorised dealer. This includes inspections for potential failures such as cracks, wire damage, corrosion, dents, paint peeling, and any other signs of potential problems, inappropriate use, or abuse.
There is no warranty period for mechanical components such as bearings, brake callipers, brake pads, bottom bracket, clamps, disc brakes, handlebars, headset parts, hubs, mudguards, pedals, rims, wheels, seat, saddle, seat post, stem, tires, tubes, wires, etc.

E-bike warranty will be null and void if your E-bike is:

Not maintained/ not operated/ not charged as per guidelines in product user manual.
Used battery other than provided by the company.
Repaired or spare parts replaced from an unauthorised source.
Used for carrying more than permissible load.
Any repairing or mechanical damages observed within the Warranty period shall lead to cancellation of warranty.
